So much buzz going on in the areas of Health, Wellness, Women and Entrepreneurship, I like to sift through and delve further into the hot button topics affecting us the most. There’s no shortage of stress, so developing a variety of coping skills, in my opinion, is essential to gaining the positive mindset it takes to gets through all the tough issues we face every day.
Coping skills balance out Stress— so whether it’s meditation, exercise, or a night out with friends, give these mechanisms a high priority in your life! Is it selfish to claim your “ME” time? Not when it’s keeping you from spontaneously combusting!!
