If you’ve ever felt like your body just won’t cooperate with your weight loss efforts, take a second look at your refrigerator before blaming your genetics.  How much processed and sugary food is there compared to fresh and preservative-free options?  Each time we eat “food” that has little nutritional value and even worse, contains poisons that disrupt the body’s ability to function smoothly, we add stress.  Instead of being angry and frustrated, shouldn’t we actually be amazed and grateful that our bodies continue to work at all?

Give your body a break.  Start incorporating clean eating habits into your daily life, and you may just find that the weight will start dropping off without you having to try so hard!
