Appreciating your body means accepting yourself as is, being grateful for the simple gifts of breathing, moving, thinking. With appreciation comes a desire to give your body what it needs to function at it’s peak performance.  With this positive mindset, you may find exercise and proper nutrition is no longer a punishment, but rather a gift to say “thanks” to this amazing living machine!
